Booking Policy
Template booking terms — deposit amounts and notice periods can be adjusted in the admin area.
Deposits
A deposit may be requested to secure your appointment, with the balance settled on the day. You can also choose to pay in full at the time of booking.
Cancellations
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. Notice periods and any deposit terms are set by the studio and confirmed with your booking.
Rescheduling
To move an appointment, contact the studio by phone or email with your booking reference and we will find an alternative time.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment may need to finish at the originally scheduled time so the following appointment is not affected.
Availability
Appointment times shown online are live. If a time no longer appears, it has been taken or the studio is unavailable at that time.
