Appointments
An appointment is reserved once it appears as confirmed on screen and a booking reference has been issued. Please arrive a few minutes before your start time so your treatment can begin as planned.
Payment
The price shown at booking is the price for the treatment selected. Where a deposit is taken, the remaining balance is due at your appointment.
Suitability
Treatments are provided for relaxation and general wellbeing and are not medical treatment. Please complete the consultation form honestly so your therapist can adapt the treatment, and speak with your GP if you have a health concern.
Conduct
This is a professional therapeutic service. Any inappropriate behaviour will end the appointment immediately and no refund will be given.
Changes
We may need to change or reschedule an appointment occasionally. If that happens we will contact you as soon as possible using the details you provided.
